Question 1

Do automations count toward the flyer quota?

Accepted Answer

Automations consume AI credits at each run according to the workflow selected: 0.5 credits per generated visual in Standard mode and 1 credits in Premium mode. Before activation, Gliiz shows the estimated monthly credit usage. If credits run out, the automation is paused until credits are recharged.

Question 2

How do AI credits work?

Accepted Answer

AI credits are consumed by production-ready generation workflows. Gliiz Image flyers cost 0.5 credit per Standard variant or 1 credit per Premium variant; AI video costs from 1 credit per second. Native 4K exists on the Premium model only and adds +0.5 credit per variant on every paid plan. Credit validity: sign-up credits 2 months, monthly plan 2 months (the paid month + 1 month carry-over), annual plan 13 months, purchased pack 6 months, bonus credits 3 months. The batch that expires first is used first.

Question 3

How does the AI Inbox quota work?

Accepted Answer

Every paid plan includes automatic AI replies to comments and DMs: Starter 50 per month, Pro 200, Agency 500, and Enterprise volume is negotiated. Beyond the quota, each reply costs 0.1 credit from your balance, so the Inbox keeps answering as long as you have credits. Free accounts have no automatic replies.

Question 4

What are 'Compare variants'?

Accepted Answer

Each generation produces 3 designs (Bold, Elegant, Minimal). You can compare them side by side and pick which one to publish. It's not automated A/B testing: it's a human decision informed by 3 AI options.

Question 5

What is the watermark?

Accepted Answer

On the free tier, you see your visuals exactly as generated inside Gliiz. A small 'Made with gliiz AI' watermark is added only when a visual leaves Gliiz: download, social publishing or an ad. From the Starter plan onward, no watermark is ever added.

Question 6

Can I change plans at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes, fully self-serve both ways. Upgrades apply as soon as payment is confirmed. Downgrades are paid for right away too, but only take effect once your current plan's paid period ends, you keep everything you already paid for, nothing is cut short.

Question 7

Is there a long-term commitment?

Accepted Answer

Monthly plans are paid period by period. Annual plans are billed in full for the year; cancellation or renewal questions are handled by support.

Question 8

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Secure mobile payments are available. Bank transfer is available for Enterprise plans.

Question 9

How do SMS and email campaigns work?

Accepted Answer

Email campaigns use the monthly quota included in your plan. SMS campaigns are 100% pay-as-you-go: you purchase SMS bundles from the campaign wizard, then each validated SMS segment consumes one SMS credit. Social network campaigns remain free and unlimited.

Question 10

How do Google/Meta Ads campaigns work, and do they use my AI credits?

Accepted Answer

Never, ad spend NEVER uses AI credits. On your own connected Google/Meta account, the platform bills you directly, exactly as if you'd set it up yourself. On a Gliiz-managed account (when you haven't connected your own), Gliiz sends you a payment link for the exact ad budget; the campaign is created once you pay. Each plan includes a number of active campaigns at no extra cost: Starter 1, Pro 3, Agency 10. Only exceeding that count, running one more ACTIVE campaign than your plan includes, costs 3 AI credits, once, to unlock the extra slot. That credit charge is for the slot, never for the ad budget itself.

Question 11

What is the Enterprise plan?

Accepted Answer

The Enterprise plan is a custom arrangement: dedicated infrastructure, custom SLA, custom API rollout, unlimited automations, and a dedicated account manager. Pricing is negotiated based on your needs. Contact our sales team for a quote.

Question 12

What is a Turbo flow?

Accepted Answer

A flow is one Telegram identity connected to a project, with its own independent VIBE conversation and memory. The cap applies per project, not as a shared account-wide total: Starter includes 1 flow per project, Pro up to 2, Agency up to 5, Enterprise unlimited; a Free account gets one as soon as it buys credits. A team seat automatically bundles one flow as a purchase convenience, but seats and flows are tracked separately: buying more seats does not by itself raise your per-project flow cap. Extra flows on a given project can be purchased individually from the Marketplace.

Question 13

Who can use the Node Canvas and the video montage?

Accepted Answer

The Node Canvas (a visual canvas linking prompts, references, brand context, images, videos and voices) is available on paid plans and pay-as-you-go, on desktop. The Free plan and mobile use Light mode, where the Storyboard tool (a brief split into chained scenes) stays available to everyone. Each canvas block is billed like its generation; voices cost 1 credit per 1,000 characters and every voice can be previewed for free. Montage exports are included per rolling 30 days (3 / 30 / 100 / 300 / ∞ for Free / Starter / Pro / Agency / Enterprise), then 1 credit per started 5 minutes, refunded if the export fails.
