Credits & Billing#
Every AI generation (flyers, videos, image processing, AI replies) consumes credits, always shown to you before anything is generated, never charged silently. This page covers how credits work, plans, buying more, and what happens if a payment fails.

Duration depends on the engine: Gemini Omni Flash 1.1 3-10s · Kling 3.0 Standard 3-15s · Kling 3.0 Pro 3-15s · Seedance 2.0 4-15s · Seedance 2.5 4-30s · MiniMax H3 5-15s · Wan 3.0 3-30s. Cost = rate × duration, rounded up. Rates shown are for 720p; other resolutions apply a multiplier: 360p ×0.5 · 480p ×0.7 · 1080p ×1.5 · 4K ×2.5. Some engines have their own multipliers (Wan 3.0: 480p ×0.5 · 1080p ×2 ; MiniMax H3: 480p ×0.85 · 1080p ×2.2 · 4K ×2.7). Validity runs from the grant date. The batch that expires first is used first, so subscription credits are spent before purchased packs. Sign-up credits are granted once only. A monthly plan covers the paid month plus one month of carry-over; an annual plan covers the 12 paid months plus one month of carry-over.
On top of your plan's monthly allowance, one-time credit packs are available any time from Settings → Billing, or directly by asking VIBE ("recharge-moi 25 crédits" / "top up 25 credits") on the web chat or in Turbo (Telegram): VIBE generates a payment link instantly.

How to buy AI credits
Subscriptions never renew automatically: nothing is ever charged without your confirmation. A reminder is sent once, within the 3 days before expiry (by email, and on Turbo if your account is paired), with a one-tap renewal link.
Renewing your subscription
The Gliiz Wallet centralizes funds collected from customer purchases and sales across your projects. The displayed balance reflects the exact sum of ledger entries (wallet_ledger), with no arbitrary stored balance. It strictly prioritizes your account's configured default currency (USDT, USD, EUR, CFA Franc, etc.).

Core Security Rules for Withdrawals
- Project Owner Only: Only the project owner can initiate cash withdrawals. Team members cannot withdraw funds.
- 48-Hour Cooldown: Any newly added destination number requires a 48-hour wait before receiving payouts, with immediate email alerts.
- Mandatory Fresh Proof: Every withdrawal requires your account password or a 6-digit one-time email OTP code (10-min validity, 15-min lock after 5 failed attempts).
- 0% Platform Surcharge: Gliiz takes zero extra fee on your cash withdrawals to Mobile Money.

Enter the withdrawal amount
Enter the amount or use quick preset chips (25%, 50%, 75%, All / 100%). The system validates immediately that the amount stays within your available funds.
Authenticate securely
Confirm the payout using your Gliiz account password, or request a 6-digit one-time code (OTP) sent directly to your registered email address.
Instant payout to your mobile phone
The transfer is processed instantly via the secure PawaPay network. Payout funds arrive directly on your mobile money account in minutes with email confirmation.
