Credits & Billing#
Every AI generation (flyers, videos, image processing, AI replies) consumes credits, always shown to you before anything is generated, never charged silently. This page covers how credits work, plans, buying more, and what happens if a payment fails.

Duration depends on the engine: 3-10s for Gemini Omni Flash 1.1, 3-15s for Kling, 4-15s for Seedance 2.0, and up to 30s in a single call for Seedance 2.5. Cost = rate × duration, rounded up. Rates shown are for 720p; other resolutions apply a multiplier: 360p ×0.5 · 480p ×0.7 · 1080p ×1.5 · 4K ×2.5. Not every engine offers every resolution (Seedance: 480p/720p; Gemini Omni Flash 1.1: 360p/720p/1080p/4K; Kling's output is fixed by tier). 4K export of visuals is a paid add-on on Starter, included from Pro.

Unused monthly credits don't roll over indefinitely: each grant (renewal, pack, refund, bonus) expires 6 months after it was issued (oldest-first).
On top of your plan's monthly allowance, one-time credit packs are available any time from Settings → Billing, or directly by asking VIBE ("recharge-moi 25 crédits" / "top up 25 credits") on the web chat or in Turbo (Telegram): VIBE generates a payment link instantly.

How to buy AI credits
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. A reminder is sent once, a few days before renewal.
